Meet Betty Andrews

Healthy aging starts with you! I believe we can live our best life at any age when we give our bodies the support they need.

My health journey began after I had to take early retirement as a rural letter carrier due to Cervical Dystonia and degenerative disc disease. I was also struggling with Essential Tremor, Fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, low energy, and daily discomfort. Over the years, I tried medications, supplements, and alternative doctors, but I never found lasting results.

About Betty Andrews

In July of 2011, I was introduced to nutrition that helped change my life. I began feeling more energy, the heaviness I had been living with started to lift, and over time my tremors became less. After 20 years of not feeling like myself, I finally had hope again.

Then, in September of 2024, while camping during Hurricane Helene, I was injured when high winds blew my car door into my side. The injury caused severe spasms and left me unable to walk. After months of doctors, physical therapy, medications, and little progress, I learned surgery was not a good option.

That is when a friend introduced me to Healthy Home.
